High school senior Choi Misung wins the Top Speaker Award at the Harvard Student Agencies Debate World Cup Summer League.
During the 3 stages of the event he was able to score the most points out of the 100 selected participants chosen to compete.
Minsung says, “ I enjoy formal debates because they involve organization and logic, which are both areas where I feel confident in”.
Minsung is also currently the leader of the Medical Club and Python Club at St. Paul. He says he is thankful to his College & Career Counselor Mr. Gus for facilitating him to join this amazing opportunity.
This December, Minsung will be competing in the final stage of the debate world cup, with this win under his belt he feels relaxed and confident going into the competitions. We are very proud and wish him all the best!
