Ms. Larissa (aka Ms. Lala) has joined St. Paul American School as the Middle School SPELL 3 teacher. She is originally from Boston, MA where she earned her Masters degree at Simmons University. Larissa spent 12 years teaching in the New York City before taking her teaching abroad. This is her 23rd year as an educator. Larissa has taught at every level of a school including teaching teachers and has held most positions, except maybe bus driver. Her background is in linguistics and language aquisition and she also holds a BA in PR/Marketing and Design. Larissa speaks 5 languages and has taught on 4 continents. Most recently she was at the American School in Cairo, Egypt. Larissa loves travelling and photography and is always eager to try something new. She and her husband Rob and their 2 cats Meow-oi and Hey-bye are looking forward to their new adventure in Vietnam.
