Brad is so excited to be returning for his fourth year teaching middle school at SPASH! Born in the United States, he grew up in the western Chicago suburbs and earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology and Spanish from Baldwin Wallace University. He completed his teaching certification program for Spanish K-12 education and Master’s of Education degree in Teaching Multilingual Learners from Moreland University. 

Brad has 8 years of experience teaching EFL and 2 years of experience teaching Spanish. Before coming to Vietnam, he studied Spanish in Spain, and taught EFL in Ecuador and South Korea. Brad has helped lead the middle school team at SPASH as both grade 6 lead teacher and grade 7 lead teacher.

Outside of school, Brad loves learning languages and also speaks Spanish, French, Korean, and Vietnamese. He also loves hiking, singing, playing piano, traveling, and has a huge heart for all animals. He’s a very proud cat dad to his munchkin cat, Gus Gus.
