Mr. Jaebang Kim is from Seoul, Korea, and studied Electrical Engineering at Yonsei University. He then attended Purdue University to pursue graduate studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering. After returning to Korea, he began his teaching career as a secondary school teacher at Busan Foreign School.

He moved to Hanoi in 2024 as a secondary school teacher and has been teaching AP Computer Science A, High School Digital and Product Design, and Middle School IT Design Technology. In addition, he founded the school’s Run Club as an extracurricular activity and developed a new course, AI Exploration, which focuses on digital product development using artificial intelligence.

He is a self-motivated educator with a strong commitment to professional growth in educational technology. He has been recognized as a Google for Education Certified Innovator (JPN26), an International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Certified Educator, an Adobe Creative Educator, and an Apple Teacher.

Outside the classroom, he enjoys participating in marathon races in Hanoi. His long-term goal is to complete a full marathon in one of the world’s major marathon events.
