Kindergarteners in Ms. Joanne’s class recently had a chance to learn how to make mochi, a Japanese rice cake that’s popular for its gentle sweetness and its soft, chewy texture. The kids were very creative, they made many different shapes for their mochi. Even a mochi pizza was made! We are proud of you kids and your yummy creations!
