Our Middle School science teacher, Ms. Carly Kessler, and her students tested evolutionary attributes and played a fun science game! This game is cleverly designed to teach the students how the physical attributes of animals can determine the survival of their species through evolution. Students were given different tools to use as beaks in order to collect seeds as birds would in the wilderness. They then gathered data on who would survive in a given scenario with their physical attributes (beaks of birds) and who would face extinction!
